Any courses that apply toward a student’s major requirements cannot be used to fulfill these minor requirements and must be substituted by courses of equal or greater academic rigor as approved by the music jazz faculty advisor. The minor in Jazz Studies is open to music majors and non-music majors who qualify by audition.
