Theories of managerial concepts and control mechanisms as applied to health information systems.

Problem identification and resolution, including formulation of alternative solutions, for health information management. Post-preceptorship discussions also included.

Discussion of the skills, techniques, policies, and procedures needed for successful human resource management: interview process, performance appraisals, and wage and salary administration.
