General Physics for Life Science Students I (3) Non-calculus based introductory physics course designed for pharmacy students (lab suggested, although not necessarily concurrently), life sciences and chemistry students, and (non-calculus oriented) engineering students: Newton's laws of mechanics, fluids, waves and thermodynamics. Demonstrated mastery of basic algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and pre-calculus will be assessed during the first week to determine if the student will be required to pursue mandatory concurrent remediation sessions.
